Ps Seth Asare Ofei Badu Remembering His Death, Expecting His Second Coming Pt. 1: Three Bear Testimony 1 John 5:8 – 10, Luke 12:35 – 48 INTRODUCTION: Water, Blood, Spirit as Witnesses on Earth John, the evangelist writes in his first letter that three things bear testimony to the identity of Jesus on earth: the water, the blood and the Spirit. Curiously, he did not restrict the testimony function of the three witnesses to Christ. Indeed the New Testament clearly teaches that these three also bear testimony to the identity of the believer. DOES GOD'S SPIRIT LIVE IN YOU?

by Pastor Seth Asare Ofei Badu But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you. Ro 8:11 (NKJV) Before Jesus came, it was not possible for God’s Spirit to dwell (live) in a human being. This is because of man’s sinful nature. God’s Spirit could however come upon some people He chose, giving them ability to do some extraordinary things such as prophesying and raising the dead. Before Jesus ascended, He promised the disciples that the Holy Spirit will come and live (dwell) in them. When Jesus’ disciples were waiting for the promise Jesus gave them, the Holy Spirit

The burnt offering was a gift offering to God which was completely burnt with fire. It pre-dates the law, in that Abel, Noah and Abraham all successfully made such sacrifices to God. Through Moses God specified how He would like it to be done, and enshrined it in the law. Two key legal observances were: a.        The sacred fire must be stoked continually with fresh firewood b.       The ashes must be regularly removed to make way for fresh offeri
